my last trip to the pond I was able to hook and land a nice 4 lber and it was on 6 lb test line. a very good season on monponsett pond |

Have been going to Monponsett since the Spring and have had only success there. I have caught bass from 3/4 lbs to 3 lbs, some good size crappie, a large number of white perch as well as a few yellow perch |

Pinewood Lake is a great ultra lite fishing area as well as all other type of fishing

The Boy Scout trip to lake nip in bridgewater was a success. The boys had fun keeping the traps ready at all times and were at the trap when the flag popped up. no fish, but plenty of wind

Pinewood Lake in Plymouth has a camp ground on it shore and an excellent place to stay, plus the fishing is unbelievable.
The bass are averaging about 3lbs and this is helped by the local campers bringing there catches from other ponds and lakes and release them after they weigh the fish

Whitman's Pond in Weymouth is a heavily fished pond,but under the right conditions and being there at the right time can be an exciting and a very rewarding experience/ especialy in Spring.
